Thermal Spray Equipment contains many types of equipment used in the thermal spraying process.
Types of Equipment
Powder Feeder
The feeder benefits from a volumetric system that directly manages the powder feed rate through the activity of the powder wheel. During the performance, the holes in the powder wheel fill with powder. Gravity, carrier gas, and change of the variable rate powder wheel give the powder to the powder hose. An inert carrier gas produces canister pressurization and then transports the powder into the hose to the thermal spray gun.
Types of Powder Feeders:-
- Powder Feeder – 700
- Powder Feeder MPF700 Twin
- Powder Feeder MPF 3350
- Powder Feeder MPF 3350 Twin
X-Y Gun Manipulator
The manipulators can be created in AC variable impulses or with servo-controlled drives as per job coating requirements to Develop coating quality, Retain coating agreement, to Increases productivity, Greater utilization of substance, have Less dismissal in the coating (Due to even spray), and Decrease operator’s efficiency.
Thermal Spray Robot
Main Thermal Spray Equipment used for the spraying process. The robot's trajectory tells the robot how to move throughout. It is formed of a series of curves that are defined by the spray parameters in thermal spray gun methods, and there are several targets that are described by adjustment and Cartesian position on each curve. The creation of a robot trajectory on a plane surface in thermal spraying is traditionally made by such methods as point-by-point or teaching playback. The method is tedious and time-consuming. The need for coating on the curved surface has developed over the last few years.
Spray Booth
Zinc Spray Booths for LPG Cylinders are produced and supplied by Shot Blaster. We suggest zinc spray booths for different LPG cylinder manufacturers. Newly Shot Blaster has manufactured a full automatic zinc spray booth (aluminum spray booth) for one of the giant cylinder manufacturers in India, this method needs individual agreement only for loading & unloading cylinders and for the direction of the method.
