Aluminum Spray Gun

The aluminum spray gun is used for the coating process with aluminum wire on the surface of the substrate to prevent rust.

Aluminum wire is sprayed in an aluminum spray gun is sprayed above the surface of the element behind melting it. To melt the aluminum wire oxygen and acetylene or sometimes LPG gas is practiced with compressed air. Sometimes Oxygen and acetylene dissolve the aluminum wire and compressed air is related to atomize the heated metal or semi-molten metal on the surface of the substrate. In aluminum spray gun waves are related to push and pull the wire in the forward and backward direction.

Aluminum Spraying Method

The aluminum spraying method is also a related arc to melt the feeding substance. An electric arc spray gun is generated between cathode and anode to melt or semi melts the coating substance.

The aluminum coating increases the life of the substrate. The aluminum spray coating method provides high corrosion stability. Aluminum spray gun required minimum preservation.

Coating with the Al spray gun is prepared after the surface preparation method. The surface preparation method of the substrate is prepared with the sand blasting machine. The Aluminium coating is made to prevent the surface from rust, and oxidation.

In aluminum spraying, the gas flow meter is related to reducing the flow of gases. In the gas flow meter flow of oxygen and acetylene to be set according to the specification. The further flow of gases (oxygen + LPG/ Acetylene + Compressed Air) can destroy spray gun and coating substances. And if the flow of gas higher then the equal coating is hard to do on the surface of the substrate.
