12M Wire Flame Spray Gun is one of the best handguns used for spray coating with metalizing wires. It has a universal, forged-aluminum gas head which can be adapted to use any fuel gas. Wire Flame Spray Gun is set up to spray 1/8” wire utilizing acetylene as the fuel gas. Proper hardware is available for managing all standard wire sizes ranging from 3/16” down to 20 gauges.

Working of Wire Flame Spray Gun

The controlled speed range of the Wire Flame Spray is from about 1.5 feet (457mm) of wire per minute with standard gears to approximately 45 feet (13,716 mm) per minute with the special, simply installed, high-speed gear set. The high-speed gear set is for continuous high-speed spraying of the lower melting point metals such as Babbitt wire, tin, and zinc. In this oxygen & acetylene are mixed to form a flame.
